If you are unable to handle your problems in this documentation, don’t hesitate to send us a support ticket here. Each comes with **6 months of support** and free lifetime updates for your Theme.

Once the 6 months support is up, you have the opportunity to extend support coverage up to 6 or 12 months further

* If you don't extend the support, you will still be able to submit bugs report via email or item comments and still have access to our **online documentation** knowledge base and **video tutorials.**

* We have an advanced, secure [ticket system](https://support.alothemes.com/) to handle your requests. Support is limited to questions regarding the **theme’s features** or issues that are **related to the theme.**

### **How To Receive Free Support**

* **Step 1** – Go to **Ticket System** (<https://support.alothemes.com/>)
* **Step 2** – If you do not have account, click to **Create an account.**
* **Step 3** – Fill all the required fields then click **Register**
* **Step 4** – After Creating account successfully, you will be redirected to the ticket creation page, continue to follow the instructions to create a new ticket
